September PR Video

Hey ASB! PR was hoping to get some feedback on the September PR Video. This video included an introduction to each commission and the class officers through a FRIENDS parody. We also covered the rally recap and upcoming events such as movie night, Humans of Lynbrook High, Staff Shoutouts, and music in the quad. We would love suggestions ranging from content and humor to planning and scheduling to further improve the quality of the videos.

Club Info Day

Hey ASB! This past Wednesday and Friday was Club Info Day!! If you have any feedback regarding the location, setup of tables, handout that we passed out, the communication to the school/clubs, or anything else-  please comment by 9/16!

August PR Video

Hey guys! PR was trying to get some feedback and suggestions for the Augst PR Video that was shown 8/31. The PR Video included introductions from Mr. Lee, Mrs. Goldstien, and Mrs. Jackson as well as promotion for the rally and a reminder for 2022 to vote in their election (as well as how they can vote). PR would love any feedback from the August PR video so our future PR videos can improve in quality and efficiency. Thanks, PR

Welcome Back Dance

Hey ASB! Social was looking to get some feedback and suggestions on the Welcome Back Dance that was on August 24th. The dance was the first social event of the year and the goal was a way to welcome back all our the students with a night of fun. The dance was carnival themed and we had popcorn and cotton candy as well as jumbo games to help fit the theme. We would love any feedback or suggestions that you as ASB members and students have, including PR, decorations, games, layouts, etc. Along with that, social was looking into different ideas for a welcome back event (not necessarily a dance), so if you guys have any suggestions. Thanks, Social

Welcome Back Rally

Hey guys! Spirit was hoping to get additional feedback regarding the rally last Friday. The rally was to welcome back students and staff. The overarching theme was comics, and each class decorated according to a theme they chose. Incorporated into the rally were sports shoutouts and performances. The games that were factored into rally grading were: tug of war, balloon passing, and potato sack race. In addition, the classes played the song game. We've communicated with several ASB groups to get specific feedback, but want any additional thoughts you may have as students or ASB. Thanks in advance! Spirit

[SAMPLE 17-18] Spirit Week Staff Award + VIP Vikings Feedback

Image
Hello Everyone!     Recognition would like to obtain feedback if we should continue Spirit Week Staff Award next year. This was a newly created project with the goal of being more inclusive of staff in ASB events such as Spirit Week and boosting student participation seeing their teachers dressed up as well. An online voting student system was implemented after the first rally to make the voting process opened to students instead of just the ASB class. For the last rally, every staff face was covered to protect their privacy online and voting was only opened on the last day to make it easier for students to vote on one voting form instead of closing each voting forms every day after 9pm. (We also had more time to organize and censor the photos as well) Here are some concerns what I had for this project- 1)  Students expressed they wanted to vote, but the number of people who voted was an average of 20 or less. (Even with more promotion, only a small portion of the school...
