2018-2019 ASB Leadership

Hey!! Please let me know your thoughts on the "Happily Ever After" Homecoming Dance that happened on October 20th, 2018. If you volunteered for the dance, let me know how you thought your shift went or what could have been better. Otherwise, comment on how you thought the dance went overall, anything that could have been better, or any suggestions for next year's dance. More things to look at are the promotions for the dance (video, announcements, banners, invitations...) and planning the dance if you were involved. Thanks!

If y'all attended the football game and got a chance to look at the brochure/see the Homecoming Court get announced during the halftime show or had anything to share about any aspect of Homecoming Court (voting, promotion, etc.) let me know! Potentially: - brochure format/clarity/aesthetic appeal - smoothness of the pedicab procession - whether you could hear the announcers read off the bios as the pedicabs went down the track - voting process (easy/promoted enough?) - or anything else you noticed <3 Rec

Hey ASB! The first (and possibly only) homecoming parade was last Friday, 10/19. It involved several groups, including marching band, colourguard, football, homecoming court, and cheer. The primary purpose of this event was to create hype for the football game and recognize varsity football and homecoming court. In addition, it incorporated Marching Band and Colourguard (groups that are not usually involved in rallies). There was a parade at the start of lunch and a recognition event after. In addition to getting feedback from the non-ASB groups involved, Spirit would like your feedback as volunteers, participants, and/or spectators.  Thanks in advance! ASB Spirit

Hey guys, Two questions!! 1st- Rec is currently planning for Staff Appreciation Week (11/13 to 11/16) and some things we're most likely going to do include: office decs, staff breakfast, supply basket (coupons and school supplies), and appreciation grams. Last year Rec delivered personalized frames to staff- this year we're looking to switch it up a little but still keep it personalized. Please let us know if you have any ideas (ex. personalized shirts, mugs) but keep price in mind as it'll be for 160+ people. Also let us know if you have any feedback on our current ideas. 2nd- We want to recognized "under appreciated" staff, like custodial staff, para educators (special ed staff), cafeteria staff, etc, and are looking for different ways to do this.
