2018-2019 ASB Leadership

Hola mes amis! As I'm sure you all know CHTS happened the Friday before break, and me and Vijaya are looking for your insightful insight!  We'd really appreciate the feedback :) Some things to comment on: - efficiency/smoothness (e.g. in between acts) - overall vibe (to what extent did it achieve that c h i l l a m b i e n c e ?) - MC'ing - decs - volunteering clarity - food station - promotion-ing - anything else that comes to mind EDIT: sorry for any confusion but there was a 10 min intermission at around 9 ish Happy commenting :)) <3 Nicole + Vijaya

Hi ASB! As you may know from our discussion in the Leadership Class, I have proposed 12 amendments to the ASB Constitution. After getting feedback from multiple people, I have decided to make a few slight changes to my amendments. Attached below are the amendments listed in order of presentation and I have bolded the amendments that have been slightly tweaked. I also have condensed the first 5 amendments into 2 amendments but in essence, the changes I want to make are identical. (This is so that voting will be easier on the actual Executive Council meeting.) Amendment 1-2 Housekeeping 1. Deleting outdated sections of the constitution such as: In the case of a paper ballot, there shall be a recount in the event that any candidate wins by a margin of less than 1% of all votes cast. Article IV, Section D, Paragraph 1 The Social Manager shall preside over the Social Committee. He/she shall be responsible for all ASB sponsored social events and activities. Artic...
