18-19 ASB Happenings! Please check this blog often so we can share ideas with each other and get feedback on our events. To make a post, please label with your commission and include all details and a deadline to respond.
Due to an overwhelming amount of people who wanted to give feedback to our project, here is a plaform for people to give feeback! If you wanted to look over our project plan click here!
Hey guys! Spirit would like your thoughts on having a lunchtime activity during CommLink's Holiday. Components would include a Guess the # of Candy Canes (similar to past Halloween events) through the week, and a non-denominational holiday game (such as the one demonstrated). We'd especially like feedback regarding: -game ideas! -candy ideas -the event in general :) This blogger closes December 2nd, but please get your comments in as soon as possible. Thanks! Spirit
Hi guys! I know this happened a while ago, but I would love some feedback on the Homecoming Rec Party on October 25! If you volunteered for the party, let me know how you thought your shift was or what could have been better especially in terms of communication. If you attended, comment on how you thought the party went in general, specifically: wait time, crowd, location, invitation process, or anything that could have been better. If you are a CP, let me know how the invite process went in your perspective, or how it can be improved next year. Thanks so much!
Hey ASB! The first (and possibly only) homecoming parade was last Friday, 10/19. It involved several groups, including marching band, colourguard, football, homecoming court, and cheer. The primary purpose of this event was to create hype for the football game and recognize varsity football and homecoming court. In addition, it incorporated Marching Band and Colourguard (groups that are not usually involved in rallies). There was a parade at the start of lunch and a recognition event after. In addition to getting feedback from the non-ASB groups involved, Spirit would like your feedback as volunteers, participants, and/or spectators. Thanks in advance! ASB Spirit
